Naturally, I excitedly ran to tell my husband, and guess what? He refused to go. The reason? He had weekend plans with his buddies at the bar! I was devastated. I had been dreaming of a vacation for years! But my husband stood his ground. I even called to return the tickets, hoping maybe another woman could be happier. But it was in vain.
